Refund Policy

Refunds Only – No Returns or Exchanges
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for any purchases made through Card Collection. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, or if there is a genuine issue with your order, we are happy to assist you with a refund.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable under all circumstances:
- Digital downloads (e.g., printable cards)
- Personalized or custom-made cards
- Perishable goods (e.g., items that include flowers, food, or similar add-ons)
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. We will assess the issue and offer a refund if eligible. Photos of the damaged item and packaging may be required.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 2 to 5 business days to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
